Former Owners Sue Jeunique International
Legal Action Against Beauty Consulting Company
Company Accused of Mismanagement and Neglect
Former owners of Jeunique International, LLC, an eastern Idaho-based beauty consulting company, have filed a lawsuit against the current owners, alleging mismanagement and neglect that has led to the company's decline. The plaintiffs, who sold their shares in the company in 2011, claim that the new owners have mismanaged the business, leading to a decline in sales and customer satisfaction.
The lawsuit, which was filed last week in the District Court of Eastern Idaho, alleges that the new owners have failed to properly invest in the company's infrastructure, leading to outdated equipment and a lack of training for employees. The plaintiffs also allege that the new owners have failed to maintain the company's brand and reputation, leading to a loss of customers.
The plaintiffs are seeking damages in an amount to be determined at trial, as well as an injunction to prevent the new owners from continuing their alleged mismanagement of the company. The case is currently pending before the court.
